At this point I have £400 or more so I can go for the car. So I'll play my joker and advance my token 62 spaces to the drawing room, take a community chest card and reverse the polarity of the square root of the line velocity over the token quotient squared to force a replay of the 1978 cup final and ensure that all bilateral moves from this point forward are counterweighted by an equal shift in position on the verso side.

All of which means:

meh, well seeing as line velocity on all lines has been inverted, i'm going to use that lesser used stlezki loop the second, which will throw you right around heathrow airport, through stratford and because of the close knip situation, finishes up at

Glad I didn't post earlier or I would have been totally stuck in the wheel, and given the inverted line velocity we might not have got out till April anyway!

I'll simply play my blue token to invoke Ritter's Rule (as standard) and alphabetically proceed to EASTCOTE.

Phew - made it out of the loop!

Playing the natural progression from Eastcote would ordinarily bring us to something in the order of the south eastern quadrant. However, because we're not playing the game to its ultimate conclusion at this early date, we have to be careful we don't slacken the pace for the "run in".

Therefore, I shall play the symmetrical opposite to the SE quadrant and take us out to:

LEAMINGTON SPA

(I'll take one Central token please)

(Jonny - try not play your moves with such uncertainty ... be bold and don't be scared to invert the cusps of irrelevance every now and then.)

Outside the M25 is potentially unknown territory for me. So I will play it safe for the moment and frustrate everyone by taking it back down to the loop, but out again at a tangent to NW4, going to...

I can see that the enforced "no MC" rule is causing some uncertainty to creep into players' moves here :-)

With the Parks Commission in session at the moment, I feel emboldened to move to:

EMERSON PARK

invoking Rand's fifth rule of Parks which states:

"No player may not play a station ending in the word 'Park' until the second clause of rule 316.D.iv.45a (amendment 6 q.v.) has been invoked and no fewer than three players hold tokens of primary colours claimed in the last three phases. Any player playing a station not ending in the word "Park" will be knipped in the spoons until he/she has regained 75% of his/her terminal velocity. Note: There are 47 exceptions to this rule."

Obviously, I won't list all 47 exceptions here, but I expect you know which ones to avoid.
