Doesn't bother me! Mainly because I can't make it to this challenge on 17 October. Of course, there is no guarantee I can make it to the next round either. However, seeing as the anniversary date has already passed, it probably doesn't make any difference to delay the Aldwych R15 until the next round, when Temple will hopefully be open.
Alternatively, running (or taking a bus) to Charing Cross or Holborn is a possibility. It is probably not a very popular one though...

Could I possibly join the fun?
Myself and my rather 'slow' dad should be able to attend the challenge.
But may I ask a question. So we all start from the same place (Aldwych) and I assume all finish at the same place (???)
Adam.

You're half-right. Everybody starts at the same place, but you can finish wherever you like.
The R15 is a great challenge, and a good one for a beginner in my opinion (I still consider myself a beginner). Welcome to the forum!

OK, thanks for clearing that up. Oh and thanks for the welcome!

Hello Adam
At the start you will be given the list of 15 stations. The clock starts when you open the list and stops when you arrive at the 15th station. We will then all meet up at a pub in central London to compare times and play some darts!

Sounds good. Only 9 days to go!

In the pub in Central London "testing" the drink quality!!
I'll aim to get to Aldwych around 1200-1230ish.
I'll also wear something distinstive so that you can see me (Ferrari hat)
Adam.

Don't think i'll be able to make this as it'll be too early for me.
I don't finish work until 1.30pm.

OK, I should be able to confirm my attendance now.
One question - which entrance are we meeting at? The small one on the Strand or the larger one down Surrey Street?

I think the Strand entrance is probably easier to find.

With the number of people who seem to be turning up for this one, maybe the Surrey Street entrance is the better one as the rules say we have to all be touching the building at 1300 for the start of the round...

Sorry for my recent absence. Okay the BERC rules as follows:
1. We will go ahead with Aldwych as planned, there are loads of buses to take you to Holborn, Charing X, Waterloo and also easy running distance to Covent Garden.
2. We will start from The Strand entrance, it's close to the bus stop, and closer run for Covent Garden!
3. Is a 12:30 start okay for everyone?
4. Meeting point afterwards will be The Rising Sun in Cloth Fair, Smithfields.
As far as I'm aware the following 16 stations are closed: Willesden Green, Kilburn, West Hampstead, Finchley Road, Swiss Cottage, St Johns Wood, Temple, Blackfriars, Mansion House, Cannon Street, Monument, Tower Hill, Aldgate, Stepney Green, Bow Road, Bromley-By-Bow. (Please let me know if I've missed any).
One closed station, but pass-through allowed: Warren Street.

You've changed the pub!!! Would it be possible to have some sort of map-type diagram to show eejits like me where the new drinking establishment is?
