Here are the parkrun stats for last week.
The spreadsheet only shows the most recent run, which was on 8th October, however, three of our clan ran in Germany on Unity Day (3rd October)
Andi was 7th at Volsgarten in 20:24
Tractakid and ***** were both at Rheinpark, finishing in 62nd and 88th in times of 26:18 and 29:02.

I thought Beer Baron had gone on a scooter from reading the highlights page, then realised the formula used for the times goes back to zero when over 60 mins

hope BB and GU enjoyed the bridge though!

Yep BB Back after almost 7 years - The Bridge was amazing and a sunny calm day helps - I limped over and back having torn a hamstring on Thursday

Sorry to hear about the hammy, my achilles is still causing me a bit of bother. I've decided to walk for at least the next three weeks.
I've managed to get the parkwalker role for Trelissick next week and Tamar Trail the week after.
I was really shocked

to see that Beer Baron had done another parkrun. I didn't think he was going to do any more last time I asked him.

Walking at Lanhydrock this week turned out to be a good decision.
My time of 48:16 secured my final Stopwatch Bingo number, and 99th place was also needed for Position Bingo.

A really good day today at Wolverhampton, as not only did I reach the Quarter-Cowell, but with perfect weather and a quite flat course I also got back below 30 mins for my fastest time since Covid. 2m22 away from my fastest ever time now, which was achieved at my much hillier and muddier home course (which for comparison, I ran last week nearly four mins slower than today). It will be interesting to see if I can get back to it, or if nearly five years of extra chocolate consumption have put it beyond my reach

Tail walked at Alice Holt today - a lovely course through the woods, not unlike Black Park in some ways but hillier. Results still not through but I'm sure they'll sort them as they were a fabulous friendly team.

The spreadsheet seems to be suggesting that I'm exceedingly close to being the (mean) "average" Tubechallenger when it comes to Parkrun. I can't see any of you you being happy with that
