Yes a lovely park - sat on a bench by the lake while I waited for Andi and cheered on the other runners. A narrow start but they had pacers so hopefully people lined up in a helpful order. I'm hoping to get back sub 30 for my 50th run in five weeks

A stinking hot one today - no PB but a time of 29:51 which two months ago I would've been overjoyed with! Next run is in two weeks - has anyone done Wormwood Scrubs before?

It's very boring, 2 x laps of sports field - did it with Nozza a few years back... That said I have no plans for 2 weeks from now so may be more than a tube challenge trio

I'm in - got to be done at some point so may as well do it with mates

Why don't we make this a little interesting seeing as there are going to be 6 tube challengers split into 2 groups of 3. And far apart a brown on each side why not don't we add up the times done winning team gets the plaudits.

Not running for times really as injured so can only nurse myself around ATM....
