Have to say Dartford have the best parkrun facilities I have seen.. Nice indoor area to leave your stuff, toilets and refreshments - all within 20 metres of the start :D

Lovely run at Southwark - three lapper which I'm not a huge fan of, but fast time taking a minute off my Hackney time of a fortnight ago. Gunning for the Raven's time now.

Had a good chat with Scriv too over some brekkie :D

I was the only cow cowl at a very unattended minehead 78 only came 5th and slightly hampered by my friends dog 1st parkrun, I think being pulled along and not stopping and changing course all the time confused him. Still next week is the big one he staying in the car though.

Not so good today - had a niggle all week and it really flared up, meaning around 32 minutes and finishing behind Kev for the first time in a while

My run was snowed off today. I think it's the first time that Cannock Chase has been cancelled for weather.

Think I saw today's was too, Al.

I walked/jogged/limped round Richmond - nice run if my leg had been okay, apart from the narrow start

Indeed, it was treacherously icy up there this morning. It's snowed most days this week, and the remains decided to freeze good and proper. Maybe next week ...
