15th: probably MK (R15 day... but day after FNC means sleep wins)

I have managed to wiggle out of rushing away early after the 29th, which is good news.

Go for it Kev, Alistair has already smashed my time! In fact, he's done 5 now and after getting 33:18 in his first one, he got 29:21 yesterday, he's PBed 4 weeks on the trot, bloody show off!

andrew can u explain this % bit grading wise i dont understand do differant course have differant grades because they hilly etc or is it age?
