OK my parkrun plan...

25th ??
1st: Tring inaugural
8th: Burgess
15th: probably MK (R15 day... but day after FNC means sleep wins)
22nd: ??
29th: EVERYONE AT MK! :D

I have managed to wiggle out of rushing away early after the 29th, which is good news.

Nozza 25:33 Mile End - 55.06%
Kev 31:43 Bushy - 48.87%

Go for it Kev, Alistair has already smashed my time! In fact, he's done 5 now and after getting 33:18 in his first one, he got 29:21 yesterday, he's PBed 4 weeks on the trot, bloody show off! :lol:

andrew can u explain this % bit grading wise i dont understand do differant course have differant grades because they hilly etc or is it age?
