it's been coming running strong just had to find that flat course tarmac and not many people at start to hold me up I seem to like out and back courses. I'm also running marathon tomorrow so needed to test my speed and fitness.

A hugely emotional morning at Linford Wood as we paid homage to my Mum, a core part of the Linford Wood parkrun community, who died of cancer aged 54 on Tuesday.
Hugely grateful for those that made it in support- CrunchySaviour, A2 and scrxisi.

As mentioned elsewhere my apologies that my journey for football took me in a different direction on Saturday and my heartfelt thoughts are with you and all the wonderful family that I have had the pleasure to meet...

Very sorry to hear that, Andrew. I recall meeting your Mum as part of the parkrun community when I visited Milton Keynes.
My thoughts are with you.

I'm rather surprised you were still looking out for me! I'm intending to make it a more regular thing.

I always expect to see someone who hasn't run for ages to suddenly make an appearance.

Have an update:

GU posts his third time of 32:35. Is that the most anyone has of the same time? Can't be bothered to look. And a PB for xcooler123 puts him ahead of tractakid.

Yes I was visiting a friend in London who happens to live next to Southwark Park so I really didn't have an excuse... Also, a PB despite not running since my Shrewsbury Parkrun and not exactly eating like an angel either... go figure...
