And me - I'm over 5K from my nearest ParkRun venue so I'll have already done a Parkrun distance just getting there! Plus I don't believe in wearing myself out before doing an R15!

I know, I know - it's only been about a year and three quarters or so since my last run, so thought I should dust off the running shoes and have a go. I must have been drunk when I decided it was a good idea

I'll be out running again when my foot is better. I went over on it a couple of weeks ago and it's still not got full range of movement.

As I have stupidly entered a 10k next month, I feel I really should break my parkrun streak on Saturday.

We have a new worst run streak after Sam did a run, and Geoff is only five runs ahead of tractakid in the overall number of runs column.

Not much to report, but Nozza has beaten Geoff's Southwark CB by two seconds, and scrxisi gets 50 runs at that venue.
