Dr Who wrote:what is an Ironman, Does he lift bits of iron or something to give him strength? :|
No, he's one of the guys who works in the kitchen department at Comet, along with the washing machine man and the cooker man.

He's going to be surprised later today when these radio people turn up asking for advice on fitness training.

Did anyone hear Rachel with the iron man? It all sounded rather dodgy and I had to chuckle at various points.

Oh that show is amazing. I'm now listening to some first aid tips. It turns out that during my Oakwood incident, if only I had laid down with my feet in the air it would have been okay!

The bottle of Chateau Starkey is indeed almost as legendary as the Baldricks from the episode of Blackadder when they are lost at sea with Tom Baker.

Today's show on BBC 3CR was very good, and team Starky/Brown can rest safe in the knowledge that we have Rachel on hand to perform first aid if required.

On Wednesday's show Rachel get's to drive a steam train. This could be useful if the Mill Hill East shuttle isn't running to schedule, Rachel can just commandeer a train and drive it herself!

^ But only if it's a steam train, and you might have difficulty finding one of those in Finchley Central!

Then again, stranger things have happened...

I think that is a different Rachel Brabbins, she has dark hair, whereas the BBC lady has blonde hair. You will have to wait for some pictures from Friday's event and then you will see what Rachel looks like. If the weather forecast is anything to go by we will all look like drowned rats!
