well i think the idea of a large group going round together is good also splitting up into teams sounds fun. I,ve planned my route already with some starkey type runs if the decision is to race would we all start at the same place?.
personally i start at Crystal Palace as that seems to be the hardest to reach i couldnt even guess what the finishing time would be as well.

I'm getting more and more attached to this idea, mainly because it'll be fun watching Jack try and control a football

Hold on, you need to exclude Watford, since it doesn't lie within Greater London; it's in Hertfordshire! Otherwise you might as well include such teams as Southend United and Reading.

If you are going to be that picky then Barnet is in Hertfordshire and us Daggers are in Essex!

How about league teams within the M25?
Actually, after consulting my diary, I can't do this on the Saturday as I'm off to see Lens play Marseille in France.

I think Crystal Palace (Selhurst Park) is next to the Arena tramlink stop (and also very near Croydon Town FC, if for some reason you know where that is)

I have them all now Johnny its nowhere near Arena tram stop more closer to West croydon.I think all 14 are possible in a day i think as long as there are in travelcard zone 6 that counts as being part of Greater London.
Personally the most diffucult to get to are Charlton,Crystal Palace,Dagenham&Redbridge all the others are situated reasonably close to tube lines although Brentford might cause a few problems.

near enough you probably have to do Millwall and Charlton together though

Thanks for correcting me anyway

I think that 14 is a good number of grounds to visit and Watford should be visited because it falls within the travelcard zone. Within the challenge there is nothing to say you must arrive by tube, as long as you arrive on public transport or on foot you can make your way to each ground however you like.
I guess the challenge will be better to do as one large team as it will make a bigger impact. Depending on the success of the challenge we could perhaps do it as a race later in the year. As yet I have no idea of a route so have no clue how long this challenge would take to complete, but I'm sure it can be done in a day.

The London borough of Barnet and the London borough of Dagenham and Redbridge are both in Greater London. Watford is not in Greater London.

Yes but think of the challenge of running from Watford tube to Vicarage road
roughly about 1 and half miles surely this is in Starkey territory to attempt this i know i would so i dare you to if we have to do it.

I don't currently have any evidence to back it up but going back to when I was a kid I know that Watford were always counted and classed as being a London Club.....

and Watford people always claim to be 'londoners', though we know they're not really!
