I think the times sound about right, I have just never seen GWR set a mimumum time after the number of stations has altered. Has this happend before?

I think the only comparable change to the network of this magnitude would have been the Jubilee Line Extension, but that would have been an extension so presumably any previous records would have simply been scrapped at that point?
