Liar!
Umm, yeah.

There WAS going to be a booby prize but Geoff decided to award it to the team with the best name so you'll have to fight Maskboy for the chocolate.

Splendid! Even if you have called me ANDREW (why do people do that?) and linked to my site without actually turning the word "here" into a hyperlink!

It was all truly great fun. Geoff, Neil and Annie now have my pictures.

I think I'll take a suggestion out of Haken's hat for next time, and get the computer to plan the route for me...

(Although if I'd had Haken's luck with the trains then I'd've done a lot better!)

I wish I had the sk1llz to program a program like that. Elementary C is a start but won't get me far.... nowhere near as far as Hakan and his masterful graphical output on the Tube map, at least. Incredible!

I'm thinking along the same lines. T'wud be nice to have a little calculation program thingy, even if it didnt do it graphically. The bit of C that I do know probably wouldnt get me that far, although I've not really considered it. This could be a project for the summer. The furthest I've got so far is using a spreadsheet list of stations to plan the 275 (/273?). Despite not knowing the timetable, I suppose that given that I know the min and max waits at each station at different parts of the day, and the times between stations, etc. I should be able to suss it with lots of thinking.
What would I know? - I'm from Yorkshire for starters...

If anyone wants any ideas about how to program this then give me a yell - I would program it myself but have just not had the time.

Too late, Senji - you've already been immortalised in JPEG!

That should change when Geoff updates it. I can't be bothered to save it to my own webspace!

OK, the preliminary write up of last Friday is up.

I still need to put everyone's routes plus a few more pictures up. I'm just waiting for Adobe Photoshop CS2 to arrive tomorrow and then some serious processing can begin :D

My write-up is also online, and it appears it has been for a week, but nobody told me.

http://www.chrispresswell.net/tube/

I haven't proof-read it, thus explaining anything that sounds shit. I'm also having my webmaster add some pictures in the first half, to break up the wall of text.
