Would agree that the bottle is probably the best challenge to do given the amount of time that you have. However, with this being a Monday it will be difficult for me to be able to join you. Well good luck whatever you decide to do.

Maybe we could have a bottle challenge day on 24th July ?
Although tc set the date for Unnoficial Z1 but couldn't make it in the end we still had 6 teams......

Excellent, Monday 24th is the first day of my lamentably short 6 week summer holiday from work. Sounds like a good way to start, and ideally an all lines challenge to finish it at the start of September.

A bottle it is!
I am booked on the megatrain to arrive at 1049 at Waterloo, so perhaps if we could maybe meet at Waterloo or something underneath the clock as it would give more time to do the challenge, but where to meet at the end?

Due to your small time window (around 3 1/2 hours) I dont think there will time to meet up and then draw a random starting station to begin the challenge and then have time to get together afterwards to discuss routes/times.
So as for meeting afterwards, we used The Angel in the Fields (5 mins walk from Bond Street) on Z1 and unofficial Z1 day...
I would suggest that a starting station is decided prior to the day for a meet time of around 1100 - 1115. Somewhere like Sloane Sqaure might be ok as not too far from Waterloo, but is your shout really tc

OK, I suggest we pull a station from the hat prior to the event and then challengers can go to the station ready for an 1115 start?

Sounds good to me, I will trust you to draw the station as it's your event
Could I suggest that you might want to edit the title from ALC to Bottle, or even start a new thread

Having said that, I'm not sure whether a bottle is an idea due to the ongoing Bakerloo line saga.

The saga will be over next week!

I hate to add smoke to the fire but technically Regent’s Park is also outside of the circle bottle (look on the TFL bus maps for Central London). Like on the official non geographical tube map it is show inside the bottle.

Damn good point Raven, i hadnt noticed that Regents park is just outside geographically. Well it currently looks like the poll is going the way of including the other two stations so I guess if the vote goes that way we must include Regents Park as well

Regent's Park, of course!
Haha, for all the hubbub that's gone on, nobody has noticed that. Including myself - how can I have been so stupid?
I suppose we will have to treat Regent's Park in the same way we do Edgware Road B/Marylebone, depending on the outcome of the poll.
I think I'll stick to All Stations and Zone 1!

Bottle Challenge seems to be too centred on the Circle Line.
Most routes I have come up with involve going around the circle line for a long period of time!

Had another thought
It's rare ... but how about a DLR challenge?

I'm up for that!
Although there is only one real route you can do
