Yeah, I think The Raven said that because this forum has, to its credit, over the years been a remarkably swear-free place.
Maybe it was the shock of seeing me make such a flippant comment that stunned him.

Getting the first Met train out of Baker Street is not always the best idea.

Re: Roads Streets and Lanes challenge
I had an abortive crack at this one today (after riding the very last Chiltern service from Paddington, and meeting a certain Mr Marshall...).
Hopped on a Met at Ruislip, with the aim of starting the challenge at Rayner's Lane, only to find that the train I was on was a Harrow-on-the-Hill terminator. So at Rayner's I waited for the next Met, hopped on that and started the watch, hoping to travel through to GPS, but this was a Baker Street terminator. At Baker Street, ran through to the Circle platforms, where there was no information on the boards, only to see a Met train go round the curve! Waited a little longer and eventually an H&C came to take me one stop to GPS. Back through BS to Edgware Road, out and on to the Bakerloo. Up to Warwick Avenue and even the short run to Royal Oak showed me how unfit I currently am. Then... no westbound trains for 20 minutes, while 5 passed in the opposite direction! At that, I gave up and went home!
