Now the actual quiz is over, I can explain that the reason that Tubeguru's 'anagram' wasn't an anagram was that anagrams are when the letters of a word (or words) are rearranged to form another word (or words). Therefore, a suitable anagram would be 'aquamarines a thong insist', although it does work better if the anagram actually makes sense...

My bad. The only thing that's bugging me about this week's quiz is the use of "termini".

Because It is a terminus for a load of services as well as having through platforms for the Southeastern services into London Charing Cross (via Waterloo East) and London Canon Street/Blackfriars. If you stand on the country end of the through platforms, you can see the train shed for the main terminus platforms served by Southern. Its also classed as a terminus on NR tickets (Tickets with London Terminals are valid at London Bridge). I read on Wikipedia years ago that "trains to Charing Cross have the unusual feature of passing through a London terminus station" or something along those lines.

You're missing the point - termini is the plural of terminus, I'm pretty sure that tubeguru was referring to the grammar, not the fact that London Bridge is not a terminus...
