Andrew James and Steve Wilson both have the letters W and S in their names, whilst Martin Hazel doesn't?

The first two's initials are in alphabetical order, whilt Martin Hazel's initials aren't.

If you associate each letter of the alphabet with a number, such that A=1, B=2, C=3 etc, the sums of 'Andrew James' and 'Steve Wilson' are both even, whilst 'Martin Hazel' is odd.
