200 to 1, eh? I might wager a pound on myself at those odds.

Indeed. I shall be running between the two stations at that time ish
Well, I think that the betting should be suspended as I revealed to the football team today who my buddy will be....

Also, today's tube challenge is still going. I have no idea where they are with regards to schedule, currently ahead of them on support duties, waiting for them to show up
One day I shall return!

Re: Sam "Isn't" Going Solo: Part Two
Hello All!
Well I am just about in one piece, I am however aching a lot! Unfortunately I aborted at Turnham Green having completed 256 stations as I just missed my Richmond connection so had no chance of the record. Had I made the connection then with a lot of luck, I believe I could have *just* been able to still do it.
My mystery partner was Al Brown, surprised his odds were as high as they were!?! He aborted about 40minutes before I did as he didn't think we could do it and went off to collect his car from Chalfont & Latimer.
Considering we had to change our route at 08:30, we did really well and if it wasn't for a journey taking 10mins longer than it should have then we would have been really close to achieving our aim so we can both be very proud of our efforts
I think that if I had continued to the end, I would have come in around 20 minutes outside the record...
Next time, next time....
