I got a Silver Award in 2014 and 2015, nothing about this year yet. What is the second round then? Is it the Kangaroo award winners or something?

Kangaroo. Also, if you did it in both those years, you can't have done it this year, as it is years 7 & 8 only. Unless there's another one for year 9!
