I have 5 volunteer credits, 4 at MK, of which one was a tail run, then I ended up token sorting at Gunnersbury after the run finished. So only thrice have I volunteered and not run.

Well a rubbish run for me only 29:08?felt tired from the start then got stuck behind some slow runners in the narrow section.
Oh well always next week.

Can get my 2nd park run done on the 30th so any suggestions by people as can do anyone in the country within reason.

I am doing my local run at Bedfont Lakes (groin strain permitting, unable to run at all today) then heading home for shower and up to Northampton to see Exeter play
I would take a parkrun in on the way up but its only a 2 hour drive from mine so would be way to early for a 3pm K.O.
