Also, can us normals see the route?
I have actually done Paris bits of it with a french friend (not understanding the language didnt help) what i meant by world class was fast runners enough to get to West Acton for example and relay the info back that there was a 9m wait at that station that will be very helpful. As for route it will be published closer to the day.

9 minute wait? I bloody hope not :P

Oh right, well I think it would be good to see the route before the day.

Also, what is the overall time for this route then?

We have all the door positions to figure out but basically knowing the route doesnt really matter that much until the day itself we have tried to cut out as much long runs as possible but you will still without luck of buses be expected to run.(At least you will have world class tc runners here who will help you use the least energy as possible.)
Thats fine. I'm planning on going to the gym for a bit first beforehand to get some practise in. Can you PM me the route please once its all finalized ? :)

Can you send me a copy. I have the day off! I can't run to save my life but if I think I can keep overall pace with you guys then I might just join in!

I am sure you would be able to keep pace with me and there are a couple of tight ones and some nice leisurely jogs, be great if you can make it. I fear that barring a major miracle and the Met line actually playing up in the evening and not running to timetable that it's not up to GWR pace. But that's the number 1 prioirty in any case... :)
PM on the way in a mo...
