All updated. Everyone except jamesthegill was at a new venue today, including somewhere called "Linford Wood". No idea where that is, or who's in charge of it but I bet they're rubbish.
Anyway, I should be back next weekend - I've had a series of things stopping me registering a time of late.

Dropping my barcode accidentally as I left the house. That's not the same as "forgetting" it.

All updated. My first run in a month produced 25:28, so that's not too bad. Back in the 24s next week please. Tractakid had a go at his own run too.

My time was hampered by the fact that eastleigh is a horrible start far too narrow I was right at the back so I walked the 1st kilometre. Although loved the finish and for the first time actually had a really nice Sprint finish. Dam bloody railcard though prevented me from doing London courses.

New attendance record, but still manageable, at Linford Wood- mainly due to a 'big green visit' by the local running club

I noticed the video contained a large number of green T-shirts all the same.

Well today was a total opposite warned of the pinch point at the start got up to 4th by the 100m then settled down to pacing just had no gas in tank from 3 to 4 km which prevented a fast time grass course also perhaps slowed a little. A bit of a Sprint but not as good as last week.
Dam rail company prevented me going London this week hiked up their 16 pound offer so Winchester was 19 return medina iow is now closest parkrun not done

OK, the spreadsheet is updated. I managed to get myself back into the 24s today, so my mission to get into the 23s regularly is back on track.

Mrs Tubeguru came along to take some photos, and got this action shot of me running down a hill. That T-shirt doesn't flatter my figure ...
