Back at Hove today for my second Parkrun, after a couple of training runs I've managed to take a big slice of time from my PB, coming home in 23:34.
I'm well pleased with that and was really helped by a pacemaker who was running at 24 minute pace, many thanks Mike Baldwin (not he of Coronation Street).

Lots of updates today. New Entry for palkatenoijala31 at Bournemouth, new PBs for Soup Dragon and dudey at Brighton and Whitstable, and a PB I missed last month from Steeevooo at Barking.

Well done everyone, some cracking times recorded.

It is very doubtful that the Christmas Park Challenge would be on a Saturday again... We just got lucky last year with no real weekend line closures...

Well done to all that were out today. Won't make it to Parkrun until 2nd August. But this will be a new one as I will attempt to make Exeter Riverside opening event.
