Ended up at Plymouth in 27.38 first time that I have not beaten my time for the course. But managed to finish in the top half so quite happy.

Well done on the PB Andrew and thanks for adding me to the list. The next time I have a Saturday off I shall head along for another Park Run.

Had my second best time in 21 runs with a 32:48 at Kingston may have shaved 20 - 30 seconds off but got stuck behind a couple with pushchairs on the "loop" the end of the course where it's a very narrow path with no room to pass and 2 foot high grass either side! Still really enjoyed the course people very friendly and that is now 8 different parkrun courses racked up :D

That's the thing about parkrun- those pushchairs have every right to be there, they are shared paths! Just means unfortunately your time has to suffer :( Good time nonetheless!
