I'm not sure there is much point in doing a SLAM if part of the network is closed. Maybe we should either do a different challenge on the 13th or reschedule the SLAM for a different date?

The TOSA is working on it, problem is this weekend is probably too short a notice and the 6th March has the same problem, 20th Feb is the day following full network, we cant switch the R15 date around either as engineering works also on 27th Feb

Hmm...
If it does happen this Saturday I should better start working out a route...
(As it stands, the only event I can attend is the Full Network... if it happened this Saturday that'd be alright for me as it's one of my weekends off

)

You copycat! Although I will probably be doing it on Sunday, need to time it right so I am on the few trains that pass (non-stop) Warminster.
As for the Saturday I have already made firm plans on a bus Explorer trip around Lincolnshire

I'd be up for doing the SLAM this Saturday if we decide to do it then - don't know many people would be able to attend at such short notice is the problem though.

Can't make the SLAM this Saturday as unlike Scrxisi who apparently only gives a damn about the curve, i'm going to see my family. He can now sleep in the shed

I can't do this Saturday either.
Possible alternative - Roads, Streets and Lanes Challenge. On the 13th all the stations are open except Great Portland St so maybe we could start at GPS and start by running to Regents Park/Warren Street.

The SLAM will have to be cancelled for 13th February, The TOSA is currently looking at other challenge options and will confirm the new event for 13th February ASAP.

Don't worry I have about 20 days holiday and nothing to do with them, for those wrestling fans I am sure we will have a "Summerslam"

By the summer the ELL will have reopened and the SLAM will be different anyway.
