You must have caught them in a moment of quiet reflection.
Anyway, they beat you Maskboy so you can't exactly gloat
My pictures from the day are currently stuck in a developing machine in Jessops and I am going to be writing to their head office , for all the good it will do me.
I won't be doing my write up until I have the pictures as I want to put them in the text. So bear with me and I'm sure Geoff will do a much more jaunty, personal anecdote-type write up, wheras this one will be more factual .

Could I also ask everyone who took part to email me their route in as much detail as possible and as soon as possible to tubeguru@tubechallenge.com so we can put them all up.
Don't feel you're giving away trade secrets here - everyone knows more or less how to do each bit of Zone 1 by now
Thankyou very much

(Text will do fine - no need to send me an annotated JPG of it all!)

There WAS going to be a booby prize but Geoff decided to award it to the team with the best name so you'll have to fight Maskboy for the chocolate.

But this is the "I haven't checked for spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, or typos" version - so please don't flame me!

Splendid! Even if you have called me ANDREW (why do people do that?) and linked to my site without actually turning the word "here" into a hyperlink!
It was all truly great fun. Geoff, Neil and Annie now have my pictures.

I wish I had the sk1llz to program a program like that. Elementary C is a start but won't get me far.... nowhere near as far as Hakan and his masterful graphical output on the Tube map, at least. Incredible!

I'm thinking along the same lines. T'wud be nice to have a little calculation program thingy, even if it didnt do it graphically. The bit of C that I do know probably wouldnt get me that far, although I've not really considered it. This could be a project for the summer. The furthest I've got so far is using a spreadsheet list of stations to plan the 275 (/273?). Despite not knowing the timetable, I suppose that given that I know the min and max waits at each station at different parts of the day, and the times between stations, etc. I should be able to suss it with lots of thinking.
What would I know? - I'm from Yorkshire for starters...
