Harrow this morning. 1.5 minutes slower than last week makes me think "how did I do that?!". Spose Harrow wasn't flat...

OK, another update is done. Not much in the way of PBs this weekend, although scrxisi destroyed the field (all 24 of them) at Bowral (middle of nowhere, Australia) to finish 5th overall. That was probably the entire population of that town at that run, wasn't it? I should be back to running this weekend, so expect a massive PB (personal breakdown).

I've added a fifth sheet to the thing, in order to keep an eye on which Parkruns have been done by only one person. This is so that when someone else runs one of them I can add that run to the Course Wars tab. It's a pain in the arse to keep track of otherwise.

Marathon training this week so no Parkrun as it didn't fit in the plan. Tail running next Saturday.

My 50th is now looking likely to be Nov 14th so ties in nicely with the 2nd round of the R15 championship.
26 miles 385yards in 4h 14m 40s.

Spent a few hours yesterday & today making this. It's a map of where we have all been. If multiple people have been to the same venue, all the pins are there but on top of each other, so the colour showing will just be for one person. Ideally I'd have a 'layer' for each person but unfortunately there's a max of 10 layers possible.

Having some time off running often produces results. I knocked a massive five seconds off my Plymvalley PB today, and got 23:54 (my timing). They'll probably knock me back to 23:55, which would be exactly one minute off my overall PB.

Table updated, as I had time to do it tonight. Only six runners today, three of whom were at new runs - St. Albans (GU), Portobello (Geoff), and Cairns, Australia (scrxisi). Only one "PB" today, and that was my course PB at Plymvalley.

GU re-takes the lead in the "most courses run", as tractakid is out of action after falling off his bike earlier this week.

I didn't fall off! >_>

for the benefit of people who don't know, tubeguru is winding me up. I have a soft tissue injury in my left knee after crashing my bike into a van door which opened in front of me. I stayed upright the whole time, but my knee isn't working properly at the minute...

Ouch! Hope it gets better soon.

First time volunteering this week. Tried my best to mess up the barcode scanning but somehow failed to do so.

I'm going to complete the 5k on Saturday, but it might be slow as I'll be testing out how my knee is doing with a maximum of a gentle jog, quite possibly walking. It's moving well but it isn't 100% healed yet.

I went to A&E the morning of the accident, and that's it. They told me it was a soft tissue injury, and to rest it. I certainly don't want to push it too hard, but it's better to have a really slow parkrun than no parkrun at all as it'll be at a new venue :)

Why not volunteer to be tail runner, and then you're guaranteed a slow run? :-)
