The 'Mock the Week' Challenge?

Post by RichieG »

Sorry, coming out with a number of different challenges...

Currently watching an old Mock the Week on Dave, and in the 'stand-up' round one of the topics was the London Olympics. (Or the 'bid' thereby dating the programme somewhat!)

The commedian said:
... Nobody would be able to get there. If they do have it in London, they should have a special London Triathalon where you have to get a 133 down Brixton hill to Stockwell, then a Northern Line to London Bridge, and a Network SouthEast back to Croydon. If you can do that in less than six hours, you deserve a gold medal.
Even I - after my rather pathetic R15 at the weekend - could probably manage that (except of course that it isn't NSE... who is it now? Southern?)!
Attempts: 2 (17h38m, 238 stations) (unknown, 200 stations); Completions: 0; GWR: 0; PBs: 0.

So now we're having challenges based on what a lot of people may consider a simple one-way journey across London?

I much prefer a "Mock The Weak" challenge. Each person takes the mickey out of the afflicted for a set time period, and whoever makes the most cry in that time period wins.

Actually, that gives me an idea for a sensible tube challenge...
