Hello Earthlings! :D

Post by waterloo and city »

Hello from a would-be Tube Challenger! :D

Having read the Wikipedia article and watched the 'famous' episode of The Tube with Geoff Marshall trying oh so hard to nail the record. It's fair to say that I want a go. :)

However being a 15 year old with Autism, the Tube Challenge might be a little far off for now. So I ask if there are any "mini-challenges" happening anytime soon, as I quite fancy a go.

I hope to become a welcome member of the forum and, who knows. Maybe get the GWR one day! :)

Adam.

Hmm, well my dad has the day off and I'm never doing anything apart from killing my eyes on this computer. ;)

I may as well drag myself along to Aldwych with my Travelcard (which untill my 16th in a month cost £2!)

Hey Adam, welcome to the forum :)

I too suffer from Autism too but its only very mild. I was like you, wanted to do it while I was 15/16 but I had to wait until I was 18 before I did my first challenge. But hopefully you wont have to wait that long. There's loads of mini challenges that you can do which others here will tell you about. :)

Good Luck.

There is no reason why you cannot complete a tube challenge.

I did not realise we had a few challengers with Autism, just shows that nothing should hold you back!! :D
