I like tea. Is there a tea bar at Woodford where I can get a cuppa? I seem to recall there was one there at the CiN attempt in 07 :)

I was about to protest my placing, but then I realised we've got 10 minutes to do a 1km run so I wasn't planning on going full pelt anyway - more just pacing myself and not dying - so I probably will trail in with two minutes before the train, lightly puffing but still chirpy.

I presume u have done this run before James :?: u will have to exert a bit of energy to make the train especially as last time it was a minute late getting into west kensington.

Good luck with the traffic lights at the crossroads between West Cromwell Road and North End Road. They are always red when I get off my train...
