I'm going on the fact that the layout of the concourse it remarkably similar to a station I used to use a few years ago. Also, this station has undergone a change recently that would facilitate the construction of ticket barriers at that point in the station.

Someone must have extraordinary eyesight / ability to decipher a pixelated image. I got as far as "Welcome to", followed by two words of which the last might or might not have been "Station".
I don't think i've ever been there. But i deciphered it by first seeing the 'aqua' DLR colour scheme above the information window on the right hand wall. This and the wrapping on the gateline said to me it was clearly a new DLR station. From that, Woolwich Arsenal seemed the obvious choice, and this was confirmed by the screen you're all on about looking like it could say Woolwich Arsenal, plus a bit of googling.
