Damo is about 40mins behind schedule and has said that even if a train is in sight he can't run, his legs are absolutely shot to pieces...... He is pressing on for the moment but fatigue may well win the day in the attempt for back to back completions.....

I haven't heard any more from our Cornish tube challenger but the weather is very overcast and muggy in London today, also the rain has started in Hounslow in the last hour... I wonder if Damo will press on if it gets too bad Also not sure what he has in the way of support or food drops today.......

I could have stayed but i have as much trouble as him walking allthough im not quite as bad.And i hadnt really expected to do the Wednesday in the first place but it was always do the 1st day for the record the 2nd Day was just finish.
Good luck to him its going to be hard after such a fast time yesterday.
Well done Damo & Andi, that's a very good time given the comical start. It goes to show that the 05:28 departure is not essential to getting a good time. Perhaps future challengers can be afforded the luxury of a 30 minute lay in. Good Luck with the effort today, I hope Damo gets around.
Aborted at 1115hrs Damo said the legs were too heavy to even try and run for a cross platform connection.....
But again congrats on a great time and a P.B.

Im not surprised he stopped i cant blame him we were both absolutely cream crackered.
I do think that on a good day 17h 12m is still beatable and Damon,s route is a cracker i must have done a few things i have never done before in it.
Well done to Damon for a PB it was pleasure to see and watch it happen.
We belive Wood Lane might be open in 6 weeks 1 of the lifts needs working on but the trains are actually pretend stopping at the station.
My brain is now starting too function again that can not be said for the body. had to give it up I was already 1h 15mins behind schedule and missed a cross platform change due to the inability to runn even this short distance.
Back to Yesterday A big thankyou to Soup Dragon for starting the stopwatch for us And to Kevin for the food drop lugging the bags about whilst we went off running.
I will do a proper write up in the next couple of days but I d think this route would beat 17.12 with just a couple of minor tweaks.
Have uploaded 5 videos of the day now still working on the biggest one North Harrow - Rayners Lane run.Cant seem to get all that on Youtube or my piczo site and aint willing to edit the the video to less kb.So anybody wanting to see it please pm me and i send in an email.

GU, I've found that "We're sorry that this video is unavailable" means that it's a problem with your computer or with You Tube itself, rather than the individual video.
