Thirteen runners across 11 courses with a new PB age grade for Soup Dragon and new best times this year for jamesthegill and al. Well done to all our runners this week. Link

23 of us have entered the 25 club, 21 are in the 50 club, 15 have made it to the 100 club, 8 can claim the green 250 club t-shirt and 0 have made it to the lofty heights of the 500 club. Volunteering clubs are more difficult to track.

32 of us have toured (2+ locations), 16 have the 'Quarter Cowell' badge (25+), 12 are at 'Half Cowell' level (50+), 8 are at 'Three Quarter Cowell' level (75+), 8 are in the prestigious 'Cowell Club' (100+) and 2 have toured so much they're members of the 'Freyne Club' (250+).

LYME PARK is not for the faint hearted of runners very difficult to traverse especially if u come a cropper and plant urself on the ground cutting urself up and bruising urself in process nice to see i still got gold though despite that!

I also had a fall last Saturday - just as I got up in preparation to get off the bus - the driver had to slam on the brakes and do an emergency stop throwing me forward onto the floor of the bus and bruising me in several places. Still did the run but I'm still pretty sore five days later

Hope you heal up well boys. On Monday tractakid took advantage of extra Dutch parkruns and had a run around Sittard. Well done tractakid!

had another injury left calf muscle seized becuase i was protecting the right knee just before 2km mark shame as i was running well

Fingers crossed for a quick recovery! I'm going to bow out with this update - the arrangement was to cover SD whilst he was on his walk and that is complete now. I'll alert Sir Soup to my desertion and hope he picks the baton back up, and in any event the 5k app is great for doing exactly this and more in case he doesn't :-)

This week saw 12 of us out there and congratulations must go to Beer Baron who ran an overall PB, and to Soup Dragon and tpfkar for new best times this year. Well done everone for getting out there! Link

A belated thank you to Soupie's Stand In for the last year. I do enjoy seeing where everyone has been!
Held some Alternative Challenge records for a long time.
Doesn't any more.

I see the spreadsheet is still being updated but without forum posts.

I don't think Glen ran at Upton House junior parkrun.
