I’m glad someone can find them lol.
Two weeks off for me as away on holiday and logistically too difficult getting to a parkrun with cases and children that don’t run.
26 miles 385yards in 4h 14m 40s.

going against the wind 3 times really takes it out of you had a lovely way to go round the turning point though grab streetlight and swing. even led for a while now for Eastbourne marathon next Saturday.
Only tube challenger to be number 1 in parkrun

Portsmouth Lakeside is quite sheltered from the prevailing south-westerlies. It rained quite a bit though.

Beat Kev for the first time today - fun race at Black Park, although I started too far back or I'd have got a faster time. 7 seconds faster than last week, but twenty on my watch
