going against the wind 3 times really takes it out of you had a lovely way to go round the turning point though grab streetlight and swing. even led for a while now for Eastbourne marathon next Saturday.

GU posts his third time of 32:35. Is that the most anyone has of the same time? Can't be bothered to look.

I have three times of 29:07, two of which were in successive runs.

After today's run I now have three times of 27:49 as well.

Portsmouth Lakeside is quite sheltered from the prevailing south-westerlies. It rained quite a bit though.

Beat Kev for the first time today - fun race at Black Park, although I started too far back or I'd have got a faster time. 7 seconds faster than last week, but twenty on my watch
